ORIENTAL PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1 lg. green pepper
2 med. fresh tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. beef bouillon
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. Crisco

Have butcher run the steak through tenderizer. Slice in long pieces. Put Crisco in medium warm skillet. Brown meat (no flour) for 5 minutes. Add all spices including soy sauce. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Take 1 cup bouillon and add cornstarch, pour in skillet, add sliced green pepper. Cover and let simmer 10 minutes. Add tomatoes last, let get warm, and serve over buttered noodles.
