PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
1 (12 oz). pkg. peanut butter chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels Dash of salt 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans 1 can sweetened condensed milk Add peanut butter and chocolate morsels to condensed milk. Stir over low heat until all are melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly in 8 inch square pan lined with wax paper. Refrigerate until firm (approximately 2 hours). Remove from pan and cut into 1 inch squares. Cover and store. Makes 5 dozen. FREEZES WELL. Can substitute dry roasted peanuts for pecans. |
