CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE 
1 stick softened butter
4 Eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey Syrup
1 c. Flour

Frosting:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Evaporated Milk

Cake: Cream 1 stick butter and 4 eggs. Add sugar Hershey syrup and flour.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°F in 12 x 14 greased and floured pan.

Frosting: In a sauce pan, mix butter, sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until boils. Let boil 1 minute. Stir in:1/2 cup semisweet chocolate bits and 1 tsp. vanilla. Frost while cake is hot.
