STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 packs lg. fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion
2 oz. cream cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. each: sharp Cheddar & Mozzarella cheese
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of white pepper

De-stem, mince stems and small onion. Saute in butter until onions are tender and stems cooked well. Remove from pan to mixing bowl. Saute mushroom caps; set to drain on paper towel (mushroom caps facing up).

In bowl: add cream cheese, crab meat and cheese (drain crab meat before adding). Add dash of garlic salt, Tabasco and white pepper; mix well. Spoon into mushroom caps. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or fine bread crumbs. Broil 10 inches from element until lightly browned.
