RED EGGS 
4 eggs
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. olive oil

Fry eggs in a large skillet until well done. Pour sauce in and cook on low. Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Combine the onions and mushrooms with other ingredients in the eggs and sauce. Stir occasionally; not disturbing the eggs. Cook on low for 10 minutes and serve. Serves 4.
