COUNTRY CORN PUDDING 
4 eggs, thoroughly beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. whole kernel corn
1 pt. Half & Half (milk & cream)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until done (when a knife inserted in center comes out clean). Makes 6 servings.
