GRANDMA'S RICH FUDGE FROSTING 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, milk and grated chocolate. Bring to a boil and cook until a small amount of mixture dropped in cold water forms a soft ball. Cool.

Add vanilla and beat until it starts to thicken. Frosting should be soft when put on cake. Frosts 1 (9x13) cake.
