THIRTY MINUTE FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. pkg. small marshmallows

Combine all ingredients for cake, except marshmallows; beat well with electric mixer. Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. While cake is hot, sprinkle marshmallows on top.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. Pet milk
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped

Heat milk and butter; add sugar and cocoa. Beat. Add vanilla and nuts; pour over top of cake. More milk may be necessary to thin frosting. Yields 12 to 16 servings. (A very rich cake!)
