GRAPE SALAD 
2 lb. white seedless grapes
2 lb. red seedless grapes
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Wash grapes, remove stems and dry on a towel. In one bowl mix 1 package cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. In another bowl mix 1 package cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix the two bowls together and add grapes. Spoon mixture into 3 1/2 quart dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over grapes. Sprinkle pecans over brown sugar. Refrigerate.

Yield 12-15 servings.
