POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cooked potatoes, diced and cooled
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/2 lb. bacon, diced, fried, drained and cooled
1/2 c. sliced radishes
1 tsp. dill weed
1 c. salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and diced

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to blend well, careful not to break up potatoes and eggs too much. Add more salad dressing if needed. Chill for at least a couple of hours. Then serve cold.
