NACHO CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut in bite size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 bag nacho Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can Rotel tomatoes, drained

Melt cheese, soup and tomatoes in double boiler. Layer chicken, onion, Doritos and soup mixture in baking dish. Heat at 350 degrees until bubbly.
