COUNTRY POT ROAST 
1 (3 lb.) beef chuck blade roast
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. Kraft Italian dressing
2 potatoes, thickly sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Brown meat in 2 tablespoons dressing. Pour combined remaining dressing and water over meat. Cover; bake at 325 degrees, 2 hours and 15 minutes. Add vegetables. Cover; continue baking 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

To make ahead: after cooking meat 2 hours and 15 minutes, refrigerate, covered, overnight. When ready to serve, bake, covered at 325 degrees, for 30 minutes. Add vegetables, continue as directed.
