STUFFED FLOUNDER | |
1 lb. flounder 1 can sm. shrimp 1 can crab meat 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs Drain shrimp and crab meat and mix together. Add melted butter and bread crumbs to make a stuffing mix. Stuff flounder and place in greased pan. Sprinkle with fresh lemon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Try stuffing with spinach and ricotta cheese mixture. |
