CHERRY WINKS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. maraschino cherry juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped cherries
2 eggs

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and juice together, then add to dry mixture. Then add chopped cherries and nuts. Place heaping teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet; top with cherry half.

Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.
