STRUDEL 
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten with juice
Raisins
Jelly
Cinnamon
Sugar
Ground nuts

Sift all dry ingredients. Then cut in Crisco, add eggs and juice. Roll on wax paper in 3 equal parts. Spread with raisins, jelly, cinnamon and sugar and ground nuts. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut when cool. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
