CRANBERRY PUNCH 
4 c. cranberry juice
4 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 qts. ginger ale - added at last

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let set for two or more hours. Add ginger ale just before serving. Pour over block of ice. Red food color may be added for a deeper red. This is a pretty punch for Christmas.
