FRUITY BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. 100% Bran cereal
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 beaten egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1 sm. apple, chopped
1 sm. banana, chopped
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. raisins

Combine milk and cereal. Let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir only until mixed. Fill greased muffin cups or cupcake papers 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 15. Can add 3/4 cup crushed pineapple if desired.
