HONEY BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. unsifted whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 c. whole bran cereal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
2 egg whites (or Egg Beaters)
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. corn oil
1/4 c. honey

Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl stir remaining ingredients. Stir liquid mixture into dry just until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups sprayed with a no-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. These are low in fat and calories.
