GAIL'S BEER RAISIN BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour, fluffed with fork
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 oz. beer (any kind)

Mix all together, put in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. After taking out of oven, baste with butter and honey.
