POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (1.5 oz.) foil pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook meat and onion in large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain. Add sauce mix, tomato sauce and water, mixing well; simmer 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into lightly oiled 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Pour batter over meat mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is puffed and golden brown. Cut into squares; serve hot to 8.
