MINT FUDGE BROWNIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/4 c. flour 3 tbsp. water 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 eggs Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine flour, soda and salt. In saucepan combine sugar, butter and water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chips and vanilla; stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut in 2 inch squares. |
