CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. chopped olives
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
6 green onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can mixed Chinese vegetables
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. salad almond
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix together and chill.
