CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream all of the ingredients together. If it needs thinning, use milk or plain yogurt. Yield frosts 1 bundt or 9 inch cake.

Variation: Carob Cream Cheese Frosting. Add 1/4 cup sifted carob powder.
