BAR - B - QUE BEEF 
Roast beef, cooked & sliced thin
1 c. catsup
1 lg. onion
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks celery
(Add a little water if needed)
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 green pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Simmer until peppers, celery and onions are tender, add roast beef and simmer to heat beef. Serve over buns.
