PORK CHOPS WITH PEPPERS 
4 pork chops
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
4 green or yellow or red peppers, sliced thin
2 sm. onions, sliced thin

Saute onions and peppers until soft. Remove from pan. Fry chops until brown on both sides. Add remaining ingredients and peppers and onions. Simmer 1 hour and serve.
