TURKEY SALAD EXOTIQUE 
2 (10 oz.) cans turkey (chicken or tuna) or 2 c. fresh turkey shredded
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped purple onion
1 c. Gold raisins
1 or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 or 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
1 or 1/2 tsp. sea salt (more or less to taste)
1/2 c. Best foods mayonnaise to taste
1 tbsp. Sweet n Sour sauce

Combine all ingredients using as much or as little spices and mayonnaise to suit your tastes. Toss well. Delicious as a salad with many greens. Especially delicious with sprouts on a very grainy bread such as Health Nut or Extra Sour Rye.
