1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. softened butter
4 (1/8") slices boiled ham
Ritz crackers

In a small bowl combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and butter. Blend well. Spread 1/4 of this mixture on to one slice of boiled ham. Roll up from short sides. Chill for several hours or wrap tightly and freeze, if desired.

To serve, slice into 1/2 inch thick slices - arrange a slice on a Ritz cracker. If frozen let thaw at room temperature 20 minutes before cutting into slices. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
