HAM & CHEESE ROLL UPS 
1 c. ham, finely chopped
3/4 c. (3 oz.) Swiss cheese, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 tbsp. water
1 egg, beaten

Combine ham, cheese and mustard, mix well. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place 2 heaping tablespoons ham mixture in center of each triangle. Bring tips of triangle together in center of ham mixture. Press edges together to seal. Place on greased baking sheet. Combine water and egg; brush over rolls. Bake at 375 degrees 12 minutes.
