SCOTCH EGGS 
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 beaten egg
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled

Mix crumbs and milk, stir, add sausage, mustard, pepper and beaten egg, mixing well.

Cover each hard cooked egg thoroughly with mixture. Fry in deep fat 375 degrees F., until meat is thoroughly cooked.
