POT PIE SURPRISE 
2 lb. ground beef
2 lg. onions
2 (10 oz.) tomato soups
2 cans green beans or corn
1 green pepper
1 egg
10 med. potatoes

Brown meat and onions until tender. Drain grease. Add beans and corn, tomato soup, pepper, 1 can of water and simmer for 1 hour. In separate pan, boil potatoes, drain and mash with 2 tablespoons butter and 1 egg (no milk.) Drop potatoes in sauce solution and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
