1 c. self rising cornmeal
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. milk
Dash hot Texas Pete sauce

Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
