CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
6 Oscar Mayer Bacon Slices, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. cold water
1 pkg. (5.75 oz.) Kraft Au Gratin Potatoes and Cheese
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Dash of pepper

Cook bacon and onions in 3 quart saucepan. Drain; remove from pan.

In same pan, bring water to a boil. Add potatoes. Simmer uncovered, over medium heat 18 minutes. Stir in Sauce Mix, milk, parsley, pepper, bacon and onions.

Simmer over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until desired consistency. Yield: Four 1 cup servings.

Preparation time: 5 minutes; cooking time: 25 minutes.
