GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. peeled potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter

Cut potatoes the long way into 6-8 wedges. Moisten with water. In plastic bag combine flour, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Heat oven to 375 degrees and melt butter on large baking sheet. Shake potatoes a few at a time, coating well with cheese mixture. Place in melted butter on sheet. Bake 30 minutes, turn wedges and continue baking 30 minutes longer. Drain on paper towel. Serves 6-8.
