SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon, flaked and drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Pour in loaf pan. Place in pan of hot water and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped cucumber
1/4 c. fresh dill
2 fresh garlic cloves

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve to side of salmon loaf or on top.
