STIR AND ROLL PIZZA 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk

Mix these ingredients together, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves side of bowl, press dough into a ball and knead on floured board 10 times. Divide in half, roll each piece into a 13 inch circle and place on pizza pan, turn up a 1/2 inch edge.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle topping ingredients over the crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.

Additional toppings can be added as desired such as peppercorn, browned ground beef, mushrooms, chopped olives, green pepper always leave the mozzarella cheese until last.
