Puppy chow is the best mix ever!!! I loved it!!! And it doesn't take that long to make either!!! I make it every time I have a get together!!!

I actually put this in a tin can along with chocolate-covered rice krispie treats and chocolate-covered pretzels too last year for the holidays. My friends and family loved it. Especially the puppy chow :) Isn't it great being a puppy for a day!!

I have been making this for years and a yummy twist is to add a 1/4 tsp. mint extract instead of the vanilla. My recipe never did have the vanilla and you really don't miss it. Try the mint sometime (add or reduce to your taste preference).
