BROCCOLI & MACARONI | |
1 lb. cavatelli 1 bunch broccoli 1/2 c. oil 6 cloves garlic Grated Parmesan cheese Boil cavatelli in water for 15 minutes; drain and set aside. In the meantime cut up broccoli and wash broccoli and boil broccoli in saucepan for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and save the water from broccoli which is about 1 cup. Mince garlic cloves and brown in oil. Add broccoli and stir for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add the cooked cavatelli and grated cheese to taste. Add the broccoli water, if it's too dry. |
