BROCCOLI & MACARONI 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli cuts (or use fresh broccoli)
1 lb. elbow macaroni
Oil
Garlic, minced, to taste
Salt & pepper, to taste

In a medium saucepan cook broccoli in about 1 inch of water, add approximately 1 inch of oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, cook until broccoli is tender. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain and mix with broccoli mixture. Serve.
