1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese plus
5 tbsp. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. brownie mix

Mix together the 8 ounces plus 5 tablespoons cream cheese and eggs, sugar and vanilla. Set aside. Make cake mix brownies according to directions. Spread 1/2 of mix in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over brownie mix. Then put remaining brownie mix on top. Swirl with knife blade. Bake 35-40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool completely. Frost if desired.
