CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. of crab meat (backfin or lump)
1/2 med. green pepper, diced and parboiled
1 whole pimento, sliced and diced
1/2 tsp. salt or Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (may be decreased to a few dashes)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg
1/3 c. of mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together tossing crabmeat into mixture last. Heap into crab shells or a small casserole dish. Top with mayonnaise/egg topping and then sprinkle with paprika.

Topping: 1 egg and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Beat egg and then mix in mayonnaise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
