CRAB IMPERIAL 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 pimentos, diced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Drop or 2 of Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 lbs. crabmeat
2 egg yolks, well beaten

Melt butter; add flour. Stir until smooth. Add milk and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Continue cooking until heated through, do not boil. Put into 8 individual casseroles or shells and brown under the broiler. This recipe may be cut in half.
