COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
8 slices American cheese
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. instant potatoes
Paprika
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
8 oz. tomato sauce
Salt & pepper

Prepare potatoes according to package directions. In heavy skillet, brown meat, salt and pepper to taste. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Spread meat mixture on top, add tomato sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
