SPINACH MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach souffle, defrost 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. chopped onion Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in small skillet; saute mushrooms with onion 5 minutes. Spoon defrosted spinach souffle into medium mixing bowl. Add sauteed mushrooms and onions; combine thoroughly. Pour mixture into 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese around edges. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve at once. |
