SPINACH-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen spinach
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
4 eggs
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. oregano

Strain water out thoroughly from spinach. Set aside. Melt butter and saute onions, mushrooms. Stir in cream of mushroom soup. Add beaten eggs with bread crumbs. Mix in spices and fold in spinach. Place in 9 x 9 inch pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
