SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach (10 oz. pkg. Popeye spinach) washed & chopped
1 med. purple onion, thinly sliced
4 boiled eggs, sliced
12 slices chopped cooked bacon, crumbled
1 can water chestnuts

Layer these.

DRESSING:

1/3 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. oil

Heat on low burner and pour while hot over salad just before serving.
