RAVIOLLA DOUGH AND FILLING 
RAVIOLLA FILLING:

1 pt. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
A dash of salt and pepper and nutmeg
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. Parmagian cheese

If too soft, add 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

RAVIOLLA DOUGH:

3 1/2 c. flour
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oil

Mix ingredients together in bowl until solid enough to roll.
