CHOCOLATE TORTE 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix flour, sugar, butter and nuts as you would for pie pastry. Put in a 13 x 9 inch glass dish, pressing with fingers until bottom of pan is covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and large Cool Whip; spread over cooled crust. Mix as directed the chocolate pudding and pour over cheese mixture. Chill. Before serving, spread small Cool Whip over top.
