SPRING TIME RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. cut up rhubarb
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. mace

Put cut up rhubarb into pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Add top crust. Bake 50 minutes, 425 minutes. Lower temperature to 375 degrees 15 minutes.
