1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. flour, all-purpose
2 c. sugar
1 c. coca cola
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Combine all ingredients except coke and marshmallows in large mixing bowl. Blend on low speed. Beat 1 minute. Add coke and blend well. Fold in marshmallows. Pour into greased pan 13x9 and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and ice.

ICING:

1/2 c. soft butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. coke
1 box powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients together. Beat well until smooth. Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts and spread over cooled cake.
