1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 sm. garlic, crushed 2 tbsp. parsley Dash pepper 1 lb. raw shrimp Melt butter, add other ingredients; mix. Add raw shrimp and let set 1/2 hour. Then cook until shrimp turn pink. Serve over rice. |
